Within 24 hours of the dental implant procedure, the patient can receive a temporary FIXED restoration that will remain fixed to the newly placed implants until they heal (if the bone quality allows it) for approximately four months. After the healing period has passed, the procedure is completed with a fixed restoration that is fixed to the existing implants.
