All on 4
Do you have very bad teeth, crowns or bridges?
Are your teeth destroyed due to periodontal disease?
Do you have frequent inflammation or cysts around your teeth?
Why do people choose the All on 4 procedure?
Have you lost most of your teeth due to periodontal disease? Do you wear removable dentures that wobble, chafe, fall out, and you can't eat normally with them on? Have you been told that you are not a good candidate for dental implants and a fixed bridge on them because you have lost too much bone and need expensive or long-term bone augmentation? Have you lost hope of ever biting into an apple again? If you fit this description, then All on 4 may be the solution for you!

All-on-4 is now a standardized and widely used procedure in Croatia, while it has been successfully used worldwide for more than 35 years.
Patients have recognized All-on-4 therapy as a reliable and long-term solution for edentulous jaws.
Dental Center Miletić brings a modern approach to implant therapy – with the All-on-4 method, it is possible to replace all teeth in one jaw with 4 or 6 implants, and after the procedure, the patient often receives a fixed temporary work within 24 hours! In this way, function and aesthetics are restored quickly and effectively.
Dental Center Miletić is one of the few clinics in Croatia and in this region that offers the advanced implantology method All-on-4.
We use this method for people who want fixed prosthetic work, who are edentulous or whose remaining teeth are in poor condition and must be extracted.
All-on-4 can also be used in cases where the patient has lost a lot of bone and does not want or cannot undergo augmentation (growth) with artificial bone (sinus lifting and similar procedures).

Within 24 hours of the dental implant procedure, the patient can receive a temporary FIXED restoration that will remain fixed to the newly placed implants until they heal (if the bone quality allows it) for approximately four months. After the healing period has passed, the procedure is completed with a fixed restoration that is fixed to the existing implants.
Did you know that All on 4 can be used in both jaws?

From First Visit to Final Smile — The All-on-4 Journey Step by Step
From your first visit to your final smile, this is a journey that restores more than teeth — it restores confidence, freedom, and the ability to enjoy life without limits. Every step brings you closer to a fixed, natural-looking smile that lets you eat, speak, and smile with complete confidence again.
The full All-on-4 treatment is typically completed in 2 visits:
Visit 1 (3–5 business days) — Surgical placement of implants and immediate loading. In most cases, you receive a fixed temporary set of teeth within 24 hours after surgery, allowing you to leave with a functional, natural-looking smile almost immediately.
Healing phase (approx. 4 months) — The implants integrate with the bone while you live normally with your fixed temporary teeth.
Visit 2 (10 business days) — Final phase, where we design, test, and manufacture your definitive fixed bridge, which is then precisely fitted onto the implants for a long-term, permanent result.

Titanium & Ceramic Crowns (Signature Collection)
Titanium – Solo Crowns represent the absolute pinnacle of dental architecture and engineering. This system is designed exclusively for individuals who accept no compromises and demand a flawless balance of exceptional aesthetics, biomechanical superiority, and lifelong reliability.
The concept is based on advanced micro-architecture: at the core of the restoration is an ultra-lightweight, precision-milled titanium framework that serves as the perfect foundation. Individually crafted and hand-finished ceramic crowns are then layered onto this structure. The entire system is secured directly to the implants using micro-screws, ensuring absolute passive fit and eliminating the risks associated with traditional cement-retained restorations.
Every tooth within this system possesses its own unique character. Through meticulous control of light reflection, shape, texture, and translucency, our master dental technicians replicate the natural morphology of human dentition, creating a restoration that is not merely a prosthesis, but a unique work of art.
Excellence Attributes
- Unmatched natural aesthetics – Perfect optical integration with surrounding tissues and facial features.
- Individualized restoration – Each crown is a separate element, designed according to the patient's unique facial anatomy.
- Lifetime structural stability – The combination of titanium and premium ceramic materials ensures exceptional long-term durability.
- Modular serviceability – In the event of minor damage, only the affected crown can be repaired or replaced without disturbing the rest of the restoration.
- Maximum biomechanical precision – Optimal force distribution protects both implants and supporting bone structures.
Full Zirconia Bridge (Premium Quality)
A Full Zirconia Bridge represents advanced dental architecture, developed for patients seeking the perfect combination of exceptional strength, longevity, and refined aesthetics.
For many patients, the Full Zirconia Bridge represents the ideal balance between premium aesthetics, exceptional durability, and long-term value, making it the most selected solution among those seeking a lasting full-arch restoration.
The creation of this restoration requires a highly skilled clinical team and precise craftsmanship by specialized dental technicians through a technologically demanding and carefully controlled process.
This solution utilizes the strength of a monolithic structure—the final bridge is precisely milled from a single solid block of high-quality zirconia. This approach delivers outstanding wear resistance and structural stability while maintaining natural light transmission through the material. The bridge is secured directly to the dental implants using micro-screws, ensuring absolute passive fit and long-term security without the risks associated with dental cement.
The result is a compact, visually flawless, and mechanically superior restoration that provides maximum confidence and long-lasting aesthetic performance.
Excellence Attributes
- Superior aesthetics and natural brilliance – Outstanding optical properties that closely replicate natural enamel.
- Long-lasting color and texture stability – Completely resistant to staining, discoloration, and wear over time.
- Monolithic strength and reliability – A seamless structure delivers maximum resistance to fractures.
- Cement-free fixation – Direct screw retention ensures excellent biocompatibility and helps preserve surrounding tissues.
- The ideal balance of luxury and longevity – Combining premium aesthetics, exceptional durability, and long-term value, this remains the most popular choice for patients seeking a lasting full-arch restoration.
Composite All-on-4 (Essential Bridge)
Composite All-on-4 restorations are fabricated on a precision-milled titanium framework. With this type of final bridge, it is essential that the framework is produced using CAD/CAM technology—either through milling or advanced printing—to ensure maximum accuracy of fit on the implants (up to 3 μm) and long-term structural stability.
One of the key advantages of composite All-on-4 restorations is the ability to achieve a natural and aesthetically pleasing smile through customized shaping and characterization of the final prosthesis. However, it is important to note that this is the entry-level All-on-4 solution. While it provides good aesthetics and functionality, it has a shorter lifespan compared to zirconia and other premium restorations.
Composite is a softer and less wear-resistant material than ceramic. Over time, it may experience color changes, surface wear, minor chipping, or fractures. For this reason, it represents a practical and more cost-effective solution compared to premium restorations designed for maximum longevity.
Key Benefits
- Cost-effective All-on-4 solution
- Natural-looking smile aesthetics
- Precision-milled titanium framework
- Functional and reliable daily performance
- Easier and more affordable repairs and maintenance
Considerations
- Shorter lifespan compared to zirconia and titanium-ceramic restorations
- More susceptible to staining and discoloration over time
- Greater wear and surface degradation with long-term use
- Higher likelihood of minor chipping or fractures compared to ceramic materials
